Marc Hildenberger

Marc Hildenberger has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Marc started their career as an Educator at Tria Fermentation School, teaching wine classes from 2005 to 2013. Marc then transitioned to ADP as a Human Capital Management BPO District Manager and Private Equity Director, where they provided customized solutions to clients and worked closely with private equity partners and their portfolio companies. Subsequently, Marc joined Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. as a Senior Sales Executive, specializing in employee benefits and human capital management consulting for nonprofit organizations. Marc continued their career at Exude, Inc. as a Senior Relationship Manager and HCM Consultant, delivering services in employee benefits, total well-being, risk management, and retirement planning. In 2016, they joined Rework Coaching as an Executive Leadership Coach, helping ambitious leaders achieve their full potential. Marc also worked as a Strategic Advisor at Impact Beneficial, providing guidance and expertise. Their most recent roles include positions at Heuro Health and Tree, where they served as a Strategic Advisor and Senior Vice President of Sales respectively, focusing on well-being and engagement solutions. Currently, they hold the position of National Sales Director at Aduro.

Marc Hildenberger attended Rutgers University - Camden from 1989 to 1994, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General. Marc pursued graduate studies in English Language and Literature/Letters at Rutgers University - Camden. Marc also completed a program in Executive Leadership Coaching at the University of Miami in 2016-2017. Furthermore, they hold a Master's degree in Health Benefit Design from the University of Lynchburg. Marc completed their high school education at Sterling High School.
