Sudhir W. has extensive experience in data management, analytics, and machine learning. Sudhir is currently working as the Vice President of Data at Aduro, where they oversee multiple global teams and is responsible for data accuracy, privacy, governance, and integration. Prior to that, Sudhir served as the Global Head of Data at ThriveDX, the Senior Director of Data, Data Science, and Business Intelligence at Cardlytics, and the Founding CTO at Viridis and DataTiles.io. Sudhir has also held roles at Jio Institute, Santa Clara University, Indian School of Business, Fixstream Networks Inc, and Leap Motion, where they leveraged their expertise in AI, ML, DL, and data science. Sudhir has a strong background in teaching and has contributed to various educational programs in business analytics and advanced management.

Sudhir W. is currently pursuing a Data Strategy program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. In 2023, they obtained a certification in Data Strategy: Leveraging Data as a Competitive Advantage from the same institution. In 2020-2021, Sudhir completed a Berkeley Fintech program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Sudhir also holds a Payment Card Industry (PCI) QSA certification from 2009. In 2009, Sudhir attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business for Stanford continuing studies focused on SaaS, Entrepreneurship, and Startup. Sudhir completed an M.Sc. in Mathematics from Delhi University from 1985 to 1987, and they also hold a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Mathematics, with a field of study in Computer Science, from Delhi University. Sudhir has additional certifications in Developing Data Products, Practical Machine Learning, R Programming, and The Data Scientist's Toolbox obtained from Coursera Verified Certificates, all passed with distinction.
