MacIej Rutecki

Maciej Rutecki is a highly experienced software engineer specializing in optical networks and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Adtran since November 2023, Maciej also holds a similar position at ADVA Optical Networking from June 2019. Previous experience includes developing software for fire protection systems at UTC Fire & Security, where Maciej worked from July 2014 to May 2019, and creating Text-to-Speech applications at IVONA Software from November 2011 to June 2014. Early career involved roles at RADMOR SA, focusing on networking software for SCA and SDR on POSIX systems, and serving as a scientific and teaching assistant at the Technical University of Lodz.
