Rajesh Velliyatt

Rajesh Velliyatt is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in research and development, product management, and engineering within the networking and cloud solutions domains. Currently serving as the Senior Director-R&D, Product Management, and Site Head at ADVA since January 2016, Rajesh leads the Bangalore R&D site focused on Edge Cloud management solutions deployed by Tier-1 service providers globally. Previously, Rajesh held the position of Director of Engineering at Overture Networks, where the development of NFV MANO and a Zero-Touch solution was overseen, and played a critical role in establishing a high-performing product development team. Earlier career milestones include impactful roles at Cisco, Actional (Westbridge), Digital Impact, and DoubleClick, facilitating significant advancements in network security and application server development. Rajesh holds an MS in Network Engineering from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a B.Tech in Computer Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
