Pat Fogarty

Pat Fogarty has held various legal roles throughout their career. From 2019 to present, they have been working at AdvaMed as the Deputy General Counsel & Senior VP of Legal. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2019, they worked at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization as the Compliance Officer & Assistant General Counsel. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Legal Clerk at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Pat Fogarty attended Syracuse University College of Law from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Doctor of Law - JD degree. Prior to that, they studied at Virginia Tech from 1997 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree. In addition, Pat Fogarty obtained a DC License to Practice Law from the DC Superior Court in 2010.
