Rebecca Rehm

Rebecca Rehm, LPEC, is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in the medical device sector, currently serving as Director and Compliance Officer at Olympus Corporation of the Americas since August 2017. In this role, Rebecca acts as a trusted partner to medical device businesses, overseeing compliance, ethics guidance, risk assessments, and training initiatives. Rebecca's commitment to diversity is evident in the position as Co-chair of the AdvaMed PRIDE Leadership Network, which focuses on fostering an inclusive community for LGBTQ+ individuals in the medtech industry. Prior to Olympus, Rebecca held various leadership roles at the Ethics & Compliance Initiative, where responsibilities included developing and implementing ethics certification courses, and at Mass General Brigham, where event management and educational coordination were key duties. Rebecca holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Brown University and a B.A. in Biology and Neuroscience from Williams College.
