Allison Ong

Allison Ong has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Allison currently works as a Sales Ops Analyst - Regional at ADVANCE.AI since September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Sales Analyst, Regional APAC at Experian from June 2021 to August 2022. Before that, they worked at Shell, starting as a Sales Operation Specialist (Deal Management/Analyst) from February 2017 to January 2020, and then as a Business Transformation Specialist (Operation & Digital-Salesforce) from January 2020 to June 2021. Earlier in their career, Allison worked at Besi Netherlands B.V. as an Application Engineer from February 2015 to February 2017, and at ABB Malaysia Sdn Bhd as an Industrial Trainee of Robotics Business Unit from June 2013 to August 2013. Allison also served as the Vice President of Corporate Relations (International Talent Program) at AIESEC in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia from July 2012 to April 2013. Throughout their roles, Allison has demonstrated skills in sales analysis, business transformation, project management, and technical expertise in areas such as robotics and data analysis.

Allison Ong pursued their Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Electrical-Mechatronics from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia from 2010 to 2014. In addition, they obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Excel Essential Training (Office 365) from LinkedIn in May 2020, Lean Sigma Certification from Shell in July 2019, Digital Marketing Professional Certification from Digital Marketing Consultancy Sdn Bhd in October 2017, Lean Sigma from Besi Apac in July 2016, and they excellently participated in Harvard Business School as per Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in November 2013.
