Abigail Briley Emms, MSOD, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Training Manager for Change Management at Advance Auto Parts since June 2023. Previously, Emms held key roles such as Sales Enablement Manager at Quantum Workplace and Sr. Manager of Sales Training & Enablement at Inmar Intelligence, where notable achievements included being recognized as the Sales Enablement Team Member of the Year in 2021. Emms has extensive experience in talent development, having led significant initiatives across various organizations, including Forsyth Technical Community College and the Interior Design Society, focusing on training solutions and change management strategies. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Organizational Development and a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution from Abilene Christian University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from James Madison University.
