Amanda Keister

Amanda Keister is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Legal and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Advance Auto Parts since October 2019, Amanda previously held roles at Smith Anderson, including Partner and Associate, from September 2010 to October 2019. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Summer Associate at Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton LLP and Smith Anderson, as well as participation in the Summer Honors Law Program at the US Securities and Exchange Commission and a Legal Internship at Nokia. Amanda holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, along with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University.
