Anne Jollay

Anne Jollay currently serves as the Vice President of Legal Affairs at Viking, beginning in August 2025. Prior to this role, Anne held various executive positions at El Pollo Loco, Inc. from March 2021 to June 2025, including Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and People Officer, and Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. From February 2011 to November 2020, Anne served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at California Pizza Kitchen, having also held the roles of Vice President and General Counsel and Senior Employment Counsel. Anne Jollay earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, graduating in January 2001.
