Natalia Kestler

Natalia Kestler has extensive work experience in the healthcare field. Natalia is currently serving as the Administrator and Director of Nursing at Advanced Care Partners starting from November 2022. Prior to this, they worked in various roles within the US Army. From June 2020 to June 2022, they served as an ER Nurse for the 8th Forward Resuscitative Surgical Detachment. Before that, they worked as an Emergency Room Nurse and Charge Nurse from January 2018 to June 2020. From November 2014 to December 2017, they held the position of Clinical Staff Nurse and Charge Nurse. In addition, they worked as a Nurse Care Coordinator from May 2014 to October 2014.

Natalia Kestler earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications related to their field. In 2017, they became a Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN) through the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses (AMSN) and the Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification Board (MSNCB). In 2020, they obtained certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association, and Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support from the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians. In 2021, they earned the certification of Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN®) from the Board of Certification for Emergency Nursing (BCEN®), and completed the Trauma Nurse Core Course offered by the Emergency Nurses Association. Recently, in 2022, they obtained further certifications including the Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) from the Emergency Nurses Association, and the Registered Nurse- Multistate Compact from the State of New Jersey.
