Tinashe Verhaeghe

Tinashe Verhaeghe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in equality, diversity, and inclusion. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Equality Charters at Advance HE since June 2022, Tinashe also founded Tinashe Verhaeghe Consultancy in January 2019, specializing in executive coaching, workshop facilitation, and culture change initiatives. Previously held various roles at the University of Exeter from 2011 to 2022, including College EDI Manager and Project Co-ordinator for Inclusive Education, as well as Project Manager for the GCRF-funded project "Imagining Futures." Tinashe's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of Exeter Business School, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
