Carlos Miguel Bethencourt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and business development across various industries. As the CEO of Somos Advance since January 2022, Carlos Miguel focuses on supporting clients in managing water, environmental, and food processes. In addition, Carlos Miguel is a co-founder of Inmotus, which aims to empower the workforce in challenging roles. Previously, Carlos Miguel served as the Director of Business Development at AArrow Sign Spinners, managing an international corporate team and various guerilla marketing initiatives. Notably, Carlos Miguel has been a CEO at Advance HDT and held a vice-presidential role in Human Resources at Advance Laboratorios C. A., innovating its operations. Carlos Miguel's earlier roles also include managing international operations for Hamilton Spill, contributing to educational equity in China as a partner at Crossroads English, and their foundational experiences in purchasing, HR, and sales internships.
