James Hall

James Hall has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. James started their career as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at The GB Group in 2005 and worked there until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Bouygues Travaux Publics. James then joined MGM Construction as a Quantity Surveyor for two years before moving to Doosan Babcock as a Quantity Surveyor in 2013. In 2014, they joined Howard Russell Construction and worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor until 2017. James was then promoted to the role of Commercial Manager until 2019 and finally became the Commercial Director until 2023. Currently, they work at Advance Northumberland as the Head of Commercial & Strategy at Ascent Homes since June 2023.

James Hall attended Northumbria University from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in Commercial Quantity Surveying.
