Ritika Pareek

Ritika Pareek is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and management roles. Currently serving as Director of Engineering for Onsite Media at Advance powered by Loblaw and Director of Engineering for RMP at Loblaw Digital since May 2023, Ritika previously held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Wattpad, where significant contributions were made to the Core Experience and Growth and Engagement teams. Prior to Wattpad, Ritika worked as Engineering Lead at companies including Kateeva and Samsung Electronics, and has held various engineering roles at Varian Medical Systems, DITTO, Siemens Technology India, and Infosys. Ritika holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology.
