Palmer Hayes

Palmer Hayes is a dedicated recruiting professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and technical recruitment. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Advance Services, Inc. since December 2023, Palmer has previously held roles at Collins Aerospace as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and at TeamSoft as a Technical Recruiter. Early career experiences include internships at Coralville Parks and Rec and Prairie High School, as well as a role as a Care Worker with Students Care. Palmer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Recreation Management from the University of Iowa, completed in 2020.
