Rhonda Baer

Rhonda Baer currently serves as the President of the Village of Carlock since April 2017, with prior experience as Acting President and Trustee. Baer has been a Broker Assistant at Advance Trading, Inc. since December 2013, focusing on customer account care and order management on the CME/CBOT. As the Owner/Operator of Crown Point Farms since 1995, Baer oversees daily operations of a small grain, hay, and livestock farm, which includes purebred Southdown sheep. Previous roles include Clerk for White Oak Township from April 2009 to April 2017, Manager at Edible Arrangements Bloomington/East Peoria from 2011 to November 2013, Office Administrator at EPIC Consulting, LLC from 2002 to 2004, and Actuarial Technician at Miller, Herbers, Lehman & Associates, Inc. from 1998 to 2001. Rhonda Baer earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University and began a degree in Secondary Mathematics Education at Illinois State University.
