David Wong

David Wong is an accomplished professional in the field of M&A Tax Planning, currently serving as the VP and Head of M&A Tax Planning at Advance since January 2019. Previously, David held significant roles at EY from August 2015 to January 2019, including Principal in Transaction Tax and Senior Manager in Transaction Tax within Transaction Advisory Services. Prior experience includes a position as VP of Tax at Prospect Capital Management from January 2014 to August 2015 and various roles at EY from June 2006 to January 2014. David Wong holds an LLM in Tax Law from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from Boston College Law School, and a BA in Chemistry from the College of the Holy Cross.
