Randy Rance

Randy Rance is an experienced service engineer with a strong background in technical support and computer hardware. Currently serving as a Level 1 Service Engineer at Advance2000 since March 2016, Randy previously worked at Synergy Global Solutions as a Field Service Tech from February 2009 to January 2016, where responsibilities included assembling, upgrading, and repairing various computer systems and network components. Prior experience includes a role as a Field Service Technician at IKON Office Solutions from 2000 to 2005, focusing on repair services for computers and peripherals, and as a Technician at Barrister Global Services Network from 1994 to 1999. Randy holds an Associate of Occupational Studies in Electronics, Mathematics, and Computer Science from Bryant & Stratton College, completed in 1993.
