Lisa Mercurio

Lisa Mercurio has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lisa started their career in 1994 as a Program Manager at The Business Council of Fairfield County. From 2000 to 2020, they held various roles at the same organization, including Director of the Fairfield County Information Exchange and Vice President. In these positions, they were responsible for communications strategy, media relations, event marketing, digital content, and team leadership.

In 2020, Lisa joined the Connecticut Small Business Development Center as a Communications Specialist. Lisa led the communication and marketing efforts for a statewide program that provided assistance to small businesses impacted by COVID-19. Lisa collaborated with the CEO and team members on initiatives such as media stories, resource material, and online events.

Currently, Lisa is working as the Director of Partnerships at AdvanceCT, a position they assumed in 2021.
