Tricia Abernathy

Tricia Abernathy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2023, they became the AAA Global Head of Remediation at Advanced Accelerator Applications. Prior to that, they worked at Novartis Gene Therapies from 2018 to 2023, holding positions such as Director, Site Quality Head and Sr. Project Manager, Manufacturing & Supply Chain. From 2016 to 2018, Tricia worked at Regis Technologies as a Project Manager and Project Coordinator. Tricia also gained experience as an Environmental Chemist at the Northern Moraine Water Reclamation District in 2016. In 2015, they served as the Head English Teacher at Monkey Tree English Learning Center. Before that, Tricia was an Environmental Chemist/Project Manager at Admiralty Environmental in 2014. Tricia taught English for Business at ESL For Professionals in 2013 and worked as an Environmental Chemist at Exact Scientific Services Inc. from 2012 to 2013, where they led the General Chemistry Branch. Tricia also taught English for Business at GIC in 2011 and was an English Teacher at DYB Choisun Language Institute in South Korea from 2011 to 2012.

Tricia Abernathy attended the University of Iowa from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Chemistry. In 2007, they studied Spanish Language and Literature at the Universidad de Sevilla for one year. In 2008, they spent a brief period of time at the University of Newcastle. Additionally, in 2011, Tricia obtained a certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from BridgeTEFL.
