Duc Diep has a solid work experience in customer service and management roles. Duc started their career at Charter Communications in 2000 as a Broadband Customer Care Manager and worked there till 2006. In 2007, they joined Republic Services Inc as a Sr. Customer Service Manager and stayed till 2014. Duc then moved to Kerr Corporation and worked as a Director Of Customer Care from 2014 to 2020. Currently, they are employed at Advanced Bionics as the Sr. Director of Customer and Reimbursement Services, a position they have held since 2020.
Duc Diep completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Leadership at Azusa Pacific University from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 1995 to 2000, majoring in Management and Human Resources, but it is unknown whether they attained a degree during that time.
