Rachel Cooper

Rachel Cooper, PMP, CSM has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rachel currently serves as the Director of Business Transformation at Advanced Business Software Corporation since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Partnerships at ASEELapp starting from March 2018.

Rachel has also held positions at The Prinzo Group as a Senior Management Consultant from November 2021 to November 2022, and at Aperture Solutions Group as a ServiceNow Business Process Analyst from November 2020 to November 2021.

Rachel gained valuable experience at Blackstone Federal, where they worked as a Senior Management Consultant from March 2020 to November 2021. During their tenure, they also served as a ServiceNow Project Manager from July 2020 to November 2020 and as a Management Consultant from October 2018 to March 2020.

Earlier in their career, Rachel worked as a Project Manager supporting USCIS at Perspecta from October 2016 to October 2018. Rachel also served as an Account Executive at Moorgate Communications from September 2015 to September 2016, and as a Member Mobilization Intern at Amnesty International USA from January 2014 to September 2014.

Rachel's journey in the professional world began as a Press and Public Relations Intern at the Consulate General of Ireland from September 2013 to January 2014.

Rachel Cooper, PMP, CSM, has a Master's Degree in International Business and Politics from Queen Mary University of London, which they obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Affairs at The University of Georgia from 2012 to 2013. Rachel also studied International Relations and Affairs as part of their Core Curriculum at Georgia State University from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, Rachel participated in a European Union Study Abroad program at Université de Strasbourg in 2011, focusing on European History. In terms of certifications, they are a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute and holds a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance. Rachel has also obtained a certification in BPMN 2.0 and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt holder.
