Scott Shumaker

Scott Shumaker is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the electric vehicle (EV) charging industry. Currently, Scott serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Advanced Charging Technologies and has held various engineering leadership roles across multiple companies, including Vice President of Engineering at Motive Energy and System Engineering Manager at Webasto EV Solutions. Earlier in Scott's career, significant contributions were made at AeroVironment, where responsibilities included leading the development of innovative EV charging products and managing cross-disciplinary engineering teams. Scott's educational background includes a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside, and California State University, Fullerton, with ongoing studies at UCLA.
