Charles Fray has extensive experience in the electrical and mechanical fields, serving as Shop Manager at Advanced Control Corporation since 1992 and previously working as a mechanical journeyman at Sir Electric Inc from June 1984 to August 1992, where responsibilities included the installation and ruffing of new building electrical systems. Charles completed education at Montego Bay Secondary, now known as St. James High, between 1973 and 1978.
