Tyler Herron

Ava Herron is a seasoned professional in the event production industry, currently serving as Tech Team Lead at avad3 Event Production since August 2022, where responsibilities include leading the Tech team to ensure flawless and sustainable events, as well as overseeing show design. Prior experience includes roles as Technical Director at both the Academy Center of the Arts and Fellowship Bible Church, where expertise in recruiting, mentoring, and leading technical production staff was demonstrated. Ava has also worked as a lighting designer for various theaters, maintained lighting systems across multiple venues, and founded 10th Dimension Productions, serving as resident cinematographer and film editor. With a solid educational background that includes Ouachita Baptist University, Ava continues to contribute significantly to the technical aspects of event production and design.
