Daniel Lyons

Daniel Lyons has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Daniel currently holds the position of Chief Operations Officer at ACW - Advanced Converting Works, where they oversee the largest and most advanced pouch converting operations in the nation. Prior to this, Daniel served as the Plant Director at Nemera, a drug delivery device manufacturer and developer. Daniel successfully managed the company until its sale at above peer group multiples of EBITDA. Daniel also has experience as an independent consultant and as Vice President of Sales and Operations at Menshen Packaging USA, Inc. Additionally, they have had a successful career in the Army National Guard, starting as a Private in aviation maintenance and working their way up to become a Captain and pilot, leading a unit of 150 soldiers during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Throughout their career, Daniel has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in sales and operations, and the ability to work closely with clients and engineers.

Daniel Lyons completed their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at Illinois State University from 1989 to 1993. Daniel then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management from 2001 to 2003.
