Stephen Palopoli

Stephen Palopoli is a skilled engineer specializing in product development and thermal systems, currently serving as a Product Development Engineer for Orbital Systems at Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. since October 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Thermal Engineer at Astrobotic and as a NASA Flight Controller at Leidos, where Stephen provided real-time mission support for the International Space Station. Stephen's early roles at SpaceX involved internships focused on vehicle engineering and in-space propulsion development, contributing to hardware design and testing for propulsion systems. Stephen holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
