Carol Silver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager for Cultural & Professional Development at Advanced Customer Services since March 2021, Carol oversees various aspects of recruitment and employee retention. As the owner of Hook It Up Decor since August 2016, Carol demonstrates entrepreneurial skills. Previous roles include Call Center Manager at Temo Outdoor Livin, Regional Director at CleanNet USA, and District Manager at JCPenney, where responsibilities included employee development and exceptional customer service. Carol began a career at Art Van Furniture as a Sales Manager, where foundational skills in recruitment and training were developed.
