Jesse Smith began their career in 2001 as a Sales/Service Technician at Quality Nozzle Co. where they were responsible for a growing sales territory of five counties by business-to-business sales. In 2006, Jesse moved to Decocon Inc. as an Artistic Concrete Specialist, where they sold and installed concrete overlay products. In 2008, Jesse joined Bisk Education as an Enrollment Manager, where they were promoted to supervisor after two years. Finally, in 2013, Jesse took on the role of Director at Advanced Customer Services, where their current responsibilities include communicating directly with clients, managing multiple revenue generating accounts, and providing daily direction and communication to center managers and agents.

Jesse Smith attended Florida Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Management. In 2012, they took a Project Management course at Villanova University, and in 2011 they completed a Six Sigma Lean/Green Belt course at the same university. Jesse also earned a Certificate in Advanced Intercultural Management from Villanova University in 2013. Additionally, they took a Leadership and Management course at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
