Melanie Montero

Melanie Montero is currently serving as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Advanced Diabetes Supply since December 2023. Prior to this role, Melanie held the position of Senior Vice President of Payer Relations at Women's Care from April 2022 to December 2023. Melanie previously worked as the Executive Director of Revenue Cycle at Miami Jewish Health and as Vice President of Revenue Cycle & Payer Relations at VITAS Healthcare. Between February 2012 and January 2016, Melanie served as a Consultant in Revenue Cycle Life Sciences & Health Care at Deloitte. Earlier in Melanie's career, positions included Director of Revenue Cycle Management at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and Associate Director of University Advancement at Florida International University. Melanie holds an MBA in Business Management from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University.
