Jim Silvestri

Jim Silvestri has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jim began their career as an Accountant at Jennifer Convertibles in 1994. Jim then moved on to work as the Manager of Cost Accounting and Finance at Disc Graphics from 1998 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Win-Holt Equipment Group as the Director of Accounting. From 2004 to 2012, Jim worked as the Controller at D'Addario & Company, Inc. Jim then served as the Chief Financial Officer at Topaz Lighting from 2012 to 2014. In 2013, they took on the role of Chairman of Employment and Transition Services at IMA - LI Chapter. From 2014 to 2015, they were the President of Summit Distribution. Jim then served as the CFO at Lif Industries INC from 2015 to 2021. Most recently, Jim was the Chief Financial Officer at Wales-Darby from 2021 to 2023. Jim is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Advanced Disaster Recovery, Inc.

Jim Silvestri earned a BBA in Public Accounting from Pace University - Lubin School of Business from 1988 to 1992. Afterwards, they obtained an MBA in Banking & Finance from Dowling College between 1995 and 1997.
