Chief Scientific Officer/ Technical Manager at Advanced Dispersed Particles

Blanca Motos has a diverse and extensive work experience, spanning various roles and industries. In 2008, they worked at the Green Chemistry Centre of Excellence where they conducted research in organic chemistry for a project with GlaxoSmithKline. Their responsibilities included exploring alternative solvents and improving the synthesis procedure for a drug. Blanca also prepared reports and participated in project meetings.

Following this, Blanca Motos joined ENSC Montpellier in 2009 as a Researcher Phd Candidate. Blanca worked in this position until 2012, conducting research in their field and completing their PhD.

In 2012, Blanca Motos moved to IFPEN-ICMCB where they worked as a Postdoctoral Scientist until 2013, focusing on research related to their field of expertise.

From 2014 to 2015, Blanca Motos worked as a Postdoctoral Scientist at the Institut de Chimie de la Matière Condensée de Bordeaux (ICMCB), CNRS, Université de Bordeaux, further developing their research experience.

In 2015, Blanca Motos joined ADPARTICLES as the Head of Product Development, Concept Innovation, R&D. Blanca held this role until 2018 when they were promoted to Chief Scientific Officer/Technical Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for leading the technical and scientific aspects of the company's operations.

Blanca Motos obtained their PhD in Organic, Mineral, and Industrial Chemistry from ENSC Montpellier, which they pursued from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they acquired a Certificado Aptitud Pedagógica in Chemistry and Physics from Facultad de Educación de Zaragoza, which they completed in the year 2009. In 2008, Blanca obtained an MSc in Green Chemistry and Engineering from the Green Chemistry Centre of Excellence-University of York. Blanca also pursued a Master in Sustainable Chemistry (Bac+6) at Universidad de Zaragoza from 2007 to 2008.
