Ankit Shah, M.Ed, MA, serves as the Manager of Culture & Engagement & Corporate Affairs at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., focusing on fostering organizational belonging through enterprise-wide initiatives. Prior experience includes roles such as Supervisor of Talent Development at Columbus State Community College, where Ankit directed training programs, and Senior Talent Development Consultant at Nationwide Children's Hospital, delivering development programs and career coaching.
