Don Ferguson

Don Ferguson is an accomplished manufacturing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the industry. Currently serving as the Director of Regional Manufacturing at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. since March 2017, Don oversees multiple facilities in the Northeast. Previous positions include Plant Manager at S&M Brands, Inc. and Mondelēz International, where responsibilities encompassed multiple managerial roles including Business Unit Manager and Operations Supervisor. Don's career began at Carpenter Co. as a Production Manager, following a tenure as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Hillphoenix. Don holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the Virginia Military Institute, earned between 1996 and 2000.
