John Mocny currently serves as the Vice President of Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operations Training at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., overseeing a network of 35 manufacturing plants across North America. With a strong background in manufacturing leadership, John is the founder of Mocny Lean Solutions, which emphasizes culture, leadership alignment, and process discipline to enhance business performance. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Manufacturing at Canoo, General Manager of Vehicle and Supply Chain Operations at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, and CEO of Bandit Industries, among others. Over a distinguished career spanning several decades, John has demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and strategic planning, consistently delivering significant improvements in safety, quality, and cost efficiency across various organizations. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master of Engineering Science in Engineering Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
