Kristi McClure

Kristi McClure, MBB, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Kristi is currently the Director of HR Operations and Technology at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Program Manager at EXPRESS, where they led strategic oversight of HR project portfolio and cross-functional engagement. Kristi also provided technical partnership for Workday implementation and long-term support efforts.

Before their role at EXPRESS, Kristi served as the Head of US Operational Support at Klarna, where they built and led a team that provided rapid response and investigations for internal incidents. Kristi also worked at Technology Group International as an Implementation Project Manager, managing focused process reviews, system testing, and project management processes.

Kristi's experience also includes working as a Lean Manager at Big Lots Stores, where they developed and launched Lean Initiative across nationwide distribution center network. Kristi was also a Business Process Manager at Trimble, where they owned and developed the Global Lean Training Program, mentored project managers, and managed large-scale project management initiatives. Kristi started their career as a Customer Account Rep at Jergens Innovative Technologies.

Kristi McClure, MBB, PMP obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wright State University in the years 1999 to 2004. In 2011 to 2012, they furthered their education by earning a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from The University of Texas at Arlington. In 2015, Kristi completed their Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University. Kristi also earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute in 2012, and a Master Project Manager (MPM) certification from the American Academy of Project Managers in the same year. Additionally, they hold other certifications such as High Performance Management Techniques from COPC Inc. and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
