Linda Halbach is a seasoned production and value stream manager with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as Production Manager at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. since March 2022, Halbach previously held the position of Value Stream Manager at TPI Composites, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing the production of wind turbine blades, managing production teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
