Mike Trotto

Mike Trotto has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mike currently holds the position of VP - Advanced Engineering & Technology at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. since March 2021. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2021, they worked at Owens Corning, where they held various roles including Director - Global Capital Delivery, Composites Division, and Global Project Engineering Manager - Composites Division. In these roles, they were responsible for managing global capital projects, overseeing project and design managers, and ensuring construction safety. Before Owens Corning, Mike worked at Ashland, Inc. as Manager - Project Engineering, Global Supply Chain from 2006 to 2014. Additionally, they briefly held the role of Manager - Global Process Technology / Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls, Global Supply Chain in 2006. Prior to Ashland, Mike worked at Millennium Inorganic Chemicals (Lyondell / SCM Chemicals) as Operations Manager / Manufacturing Specialist / Project Engineering Manager from 1994 to 2006. Mike began their career as a Maintenance Engineer at Elkem Metals Company in 1989.

Mike Trotto attended Grove City College from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a BSE degree in Mechanical Engineering.
