Randy Heldman

Randy Heldman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business relationship management, supply chain planning, and procurement, currently serving at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. since May 2023. Previously, Heldman held multiple roles at NetJets, notably as Application Development Manager, leading high-performing teams in project delivery and resource management. Heldman has also served as a Basketball Referee for the Ohio High School Athletic Association since October 2020. With a strong background at JPMorgan Chase, including positions as Vice President and Business Integration Lead, Heldman has demonstrated expertise in product management, project pipeline management, and business analysis. Additional experience includes technical program management at McGraw Hill and roles in quality assurance and consulting at Bank One and Accenture.
