Staci Perkins

Staci Perkins has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Staci is currently serving as the Director of Internal Communications at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Internal & External Communications at FlightSafety International and NiSource. At NiSource, Staci also served as the Director of Communications & Community Affairs at Columbia Gas of Ohio, leading a cross-functional team and responsible for customer and employee engagement strategies. Before joining NiSource, they worked at Nationwide as a Senior Consultant in Internal Communications and Enterprise Brand Public Relations. Staci also has experience in the non-profit sector, having served as the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications at the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Dispatch Media Group as the Marketing Director and Editor and worked as the Executive Director and Outreach Committee Chair at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Staci began their professional journey as the Membership Director at the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio and the Building Industry Association of South Florida.

Staci Perkins received their education from The Ohio State University, where they completed a Journalism degree with a focus on Advertising from 1984 to 1988. Prior to attending university, they attended Grandview Heights from 1980 to 1984, but did not obtain a specific degree or field of study. In addition to their formal education, Staci also obtained certifications in Incident Command Structure from FEMA in 2020 and Change Management Certification from Prosci in 2018.
