Wellsley Ledvina

Wellsley Ledvina currently serves as the Director of Internal Communications at KnowBe4, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this role, Wellsley was the Senior Director of Global Communications at Trellix from January 2022 to October 2025. Between February 2016 and January 2022, Wellsley worked at Cisco in various roles, including Transformational Initiatives Program Manager and Employee Experience Manager, where significant contributions were made toward developing employee engagement strategies and enhancing communications within the Customer Experience and Advanced Services divisions. Earlier career experience includes a managerial role in Global Communications and Engagement at CEB (now Gartner), overseeing large-scale events and communications initiatives, as well as internships at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and the American Cancer Society. Wellsley holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from Georgetown University.
