Carlos Fabián Nava

Carlos Fabián Nava, PhD, is a highly experienced engineer specializing in automation and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior Lead Manufacturing Engineer at Advanced Energy since February 2024, Carlos previously held various roles at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. from January 2008 to April 2023, including Automation Staff Engineer Manager and Principal-Expertise Automation Project Engineer. Carlos's academic background includes a PhD in Sciences and Engineering with a focus on Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence from the Autonomous University of Baja California, a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC San Diego, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Cybernetics Engineering from CETYS Universidad.
