Carlos Soto

Carlos Soto is a highly experienced engineering professional with a robust background in manufacturing, process development, and research. Currently serving as a Senior Lead Manufacturing Engineer at TRIUMPH since August 2023, Carlos previously held various roles at Solta Medical from August 2014 to August 2023, including Service Process Engineer, where development of IEC-compliant test procedures and portable laser test systems was achieved. As a Mechanical Engineer at Solta, Carlos led a team in sustaining activities and implemented key components for finished products. Prior experience also includes a role as Process Engineer at Stryker and Research Engineer at Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico's Plasma Research Laboratory. Carlos holds a Master of Engineering Management from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, a Graduate Certificate in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington Bothell, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
