Donnie Herman

Donnie Herman is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as Lead Electronic Engineer at Advanced Energy since February 2022, Donnie focuses on creating innovative technologies and intellectual property to enhance competitive advantage in the industry. Previous roles include Chief Engineer and CTO at Pyragon Inc., leading technical designs for the nuclear industry, and various engineering positions at Trek, an Advanced Energy Company, where Donnie developed state-of-the-art designs for digital, analog, and high voltage applications. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics from Buffalo State University and an Associate of Science in Computer Electronics from ITT Technical Institute-Getzville.
