Madan Mohan Reddy

Madan Mohan Reddy has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Madan Mohan started their career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at REKA Pte Ltd in 2007 and worked there until 2008. Following that, they joined Singapore Epson Industrial Pte Ltd as a Mechanical Engineer in the R&D department from 2008 to 2010. Madan Mohan then moved on to New Kinpo Group in 2010 as a Mechanical Engineer in R&D Singapore and worked there until 2012. After that, they joined Oce Technologies Asia Pte Ltd as a Senior Mechanical Engineer from 2012 to 2018. In 2018, they held the position of Engineer III (Senior Engineer) at AES Global Holdings Pte Ltd, where they were involved in the development of high power plasma product design and worked until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Lead Engineer at Advanced Energy since 2018.

Madan Mohan Reddy completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from SP Jain School of Global Management, with campuses in Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, and Sydney, from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 2005-2006. Their undergraduate education includes a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Swami Ramanand Teertha Institute of Science & Technology, completed from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Madan Mohan Reddy obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2023.
