Michael Shover

Michael Shover is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor and industrial plasma manufacturing sectors. Since January 2008, Michael has served as the Manager of Application Technology at Advanced Energy, leading teams to align internal capabilities with customer requirements while shaping the company's technical roadmap. Prior to this role, Michael held positions as a Member of Technical Staff and as a Senior Reliability Engineer at Aerotek. Michael's early career included significant contributions at Shure Incorporated, focusing on quality and reliability for audio products. Additionally, experience at Argonne National Laboratory involved design and simulation work in electrical engineering. Michael holds a PhD and an MS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Colorado State University, as well as a BS from Bradley University.
