Pierre-Alexandre Gross

Pierre-Alexandre GROSS has a strong background in engineering and physical chemistry. Pierre-Alexandre currently works at Advanced Energy as a Lead Systems Engineer and Physical-Chemist. In previous roles, they co-founded Fullmoon Sensors and served as the CTO, leading the technical efforts in developing flexible electronics printing and innovative operational approaches for gas sensors. Pierre-Alexandre also worked as a Scientific Consultant at MICLEAN GLEASON LLP, where they evaluated and reported on technologies in thermonuclear fusion and plasma fuels. Prior to that, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher at Stanford University, where they invented a novel sensing principle for electrochemical micro-sensing technologies. Pierre-Alexandre also completed their PhD at Université de Strasbourg, focusing on improving semiconductor metal-oxides for solar applications.

Pierre-Alexandre GROSS earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Chemistry from the University of Strasbourg in 2009. Pierre-Alexandre then pursued a Master of Science in Physical Chemistry from the same university, completing it in 2011. Subsequently, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physical Chemistry from the University of Strasbourg in 2014. Additionally, they hold a certification in Leadership Essentials from the GP Strategies Corporation, although the date of obtaining this certification is not specified.
