Shirley Xiao

Shirley Xiao has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Regional HR Manager at Advanced Energy since August 2006. In this role, Shirley plans, directs, and coordinates various HR functions, including labor relations, employee relations, development, recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, and compliance with government regulations for all international locations except North America. Previously, Shirley held the position of HR Manager for China at Advanced Energy Ind. from August 2006 to April 2012.
