Heather Estes

Heather Estes is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Advanced ENT and Allergy since March 2019, Heather has previously held roles such as Human Resources Assistant and Office Administrator at Frauenshuh Hospitality Group d/b/a Fourteen Foods, where responsibilities included performing background checks, managing employee leaves, and handling workers' compensation claims. Earlier experience includes eight years at Dairy Queen Corporate Stores, where Heather assisted the HR Director with payroll and benefit administration, while also managing consumer complaints and project coordination. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communications from the University of Louisville.
